By downloading or using Cat Translator("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is currently in development and is not yet available on the App Store.

Use of the App

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use as a form of entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App, or create derivative works from it. The App, and all associated trademarks, copyright, and other intellectual property rights, remain ours.

Purchases

The App is intended to be free to download. It may offer optional in-app purchases or a subscription for advanced features; where it does, the price and billing period are shown in the App and on the App Store before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation. Any subscription auto-renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Entertainment only — not advice

Cat Translator is made for fun and curiosity. No app can truly translate animal language, and the App's "translations" are playful interpretations, not a factual account of what an animal is thinking or feeling. The App does not provide veterinary, medical, or behavioural advice, and must not be relied on for any decision about an animal's health or care. If you have concerns about your cat, consult a licensed veterinarian.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any translation, uninterrupted operation, or that the App will be free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised version at this same URL. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
